Simple steps to court marriage: A couple (male and/or female) must visit our court marriage office in Karachi, Islamabad or Lahore. The court marriage process is initiated by our Nikah khawan (matrimonial lawyer):

  1. The bride signs an Affidavit Of Free Will
  2. Nikah Khawan, after obtaining permission from both the couple, solemnize Nikah by Ijabo-Qabool (“offer and acceptance”) and recite Khutba -e Nikah.
  3. Four copies of the Nikah Nama are signed by the groom and bride. Then, two witnesses and Nikah Khan sign the Nikah Nama. After registering in the Marriage Register, the Nikah Register sign the Nikah Nama and affix their official seal/stamp. AND THE COURT MARRIAGE IS COMPLETED
